I worked in a team that included a product manager, head of UX department and developers.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Ministry of Health was unable to cope with a huge number of calls. Citizens of the country were interested in questions about Covid-19, but dispatchers could not give an answer to everyone who called the service center.
To provide citizens with operational information about Covid-19, the Ministry of Health ordered a chatbot on the website.
With a chatbot, the citizens can get all the information they need. If anybody does not find answers to their questions, they can contact a dispatcher in the chat, who will answer all their questions.
